Training for instructors of the Circative creative education method
We offer training for junior instructors (aged 18–35) in the Circative method. The training is designed for those with experience in movement, circus, dance, or theater, as well as working with children or young people, who want to develop their teaching skills and become ambassadors for our methodology in schools. In the future, these instructors will become part of our team of experienced instructors who will work in pairs to spread the creative Circative tool to schools throughout the Czech Republic.
What do we expect from you?
- Practical experience in leading physical, theatrical, or circus activities (workshops, clubs, sports training, camps, performances)
- Interest in creative education, inclusion, and community work
- Willingness to learn and develop your own creativity while working with children and educators
- Team spirit, reliability, and initiative
What do we offer?
- A total of 40 hours of training led by experienced instructors (Robert Janč & Cécile Da Costa) and participation in real lessons for children and teachers at two partner elementary schools
- A combination of theory (physiology of movement, neuroplasticity, game theory) and intensive practice (model lessons, shadowing, leading workshops)
- Individual mentoring and future collaboration in tandem with an experienced instructor
- The subsidized price of the training from the Creative Education program of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic is CZK 5,000, with the possibility of a justified individual discount
- Possibility of future collaboration on other creative education projects within the ProFitArt production platform
- The venue is Prague
